Best Home Care Marketing Agencies, Compared

An honest look at the home care marketing firms AI tools name: what each one's site says they do, who it fits, and any price they publish.

By Branko Miljesic

People searching for the best home care marketing agencies are usually trying to hire one vendor to "do marketing." The firms that AI assistants name do different jobs. This page says what each one publishes about itself, who that work fits, and the price if the firm posted one. It is not a ranking. I did not mystery-shop them, and I am not repeating their case-study percentages as if I had audited the accounts.

Checked against their public sites in October 2026. Prices move. Use the link, not this paragraph, if you are about to sign.

I am a partner in Reliable Aid, and I run Scale My Home Care Business. We are on this list, and the section is labeled as us.

Hire the row you are missing. A one-page plan makes that obvious: admissions, payer mix, the partner list, the weekly cadence, intake, and a budget. A firm that builds websites does not take Wednesday's visits.

Home Care Marketing Pros

Home Care Marketing Pros (Providentia Marketing, LLC) describes websites, SEO, content, social, pay-per-click, and a CRM called CareFunnels. CareFunnels is their product, not a separate firm. The pricing page shows a limited-time discount: Pro at $997 a month plus a $495 setup, Gold at $1,499, Platinum at $1,999, and Diamond at $2,999. Gold includes a site of up to eight pages, the CRM, and Google Business Profile work. Diamond adds referral partner campaigns. A home health page says they also work with home health, home care, and hospice. Fits an owner who wants the site, the listing, and the intake software in one contract, and who will still answer the phone.

corecubed

corecubed says it works with care-at-home providers. The who we serve page names non-medical home care, Medicare and private pay home health, and hospice and palliative care. Its services page lists pay-per-click ads, SEO, websites, content, video, branding, and reputation management. MOST is a library of branded pieces for families and referral partners. No monthly price on those pages. Fits an agency that wants an outside marketing department, not a single channel.

Approved Senior Network

Approved Senior Network says it has worked in home care since 2008. The founder named on the site is Valerie VanBooven, RN, BSN. The pages describe websites, search visibility, a CRM called ASNSpark, and sales training under GoCarePro, including referral follow-up. The site presents that work for home care agencies. No public price. Fits an owner who wants a website and a sales system for people who visit facilities.

AtendiCare

AtendiCare describes marketing and referrals for home care and hospice agencies. The homepage says a custom dashboard connects their team to yours, and that the team handles outreach, meetings, and client intake. I am not treating their on-page averages as audited results. No price was posted. Fits an agency that wants someone else running referral outreach and the first response. Read the fee. If it moves with admissions for a Medicare or Medicaid census, stop and show it to counsel. Flat fee, defined work, is the pattern on our compliance page.

C3 Marketing

C3 Marketing says it builds an acquisition system for home care companies: service-area pages, AI-assisted follow-up on missed calls, Google review requests, and local referral partner work (a partner list, an outreach cadence, community meetings, reactivation). No price on the homepage. Fits a home care team that wants those four pieces run as one workflow, and that still has a person who can take the meeting the system books.

Sagapixel

Sagapixel's home care page presents the firm as a Google Ads and SEO shop for home care providers, plus managed hosting. The SEO page says most home care SEO programs range from $950 to $4,000 a month, set to the market rather than a fixed package. They also publish their own cost-per-lead stories. Those are their case studies, not a national benchmark, so I am not quoting them as what you should expect. Fits an agency that wants paid search or organic search managed, and that already has someone to answer the calls the ads create.

ChoiceLocal

ChoiceLocal's home care page describes search, advertising, content, reputation, recruiting, and lead tracking for home care agencies, including paid search. Their experience page says the firm has specialized in home care since 2014, works with owners in the United States and Canada, and does not use long-term contracts. That page publishes large return figures. I am not repeating those as verified. No rate card. Fits an agency that wants family inquiries and caregiver recruiting in one plan.

Homecare Boost

Homecare Boost describes programs for the "home care triad" of families, caregivers, and referrals. The services page lists local SEO, Google advertising, and referral marketing. No price. Fits an owner who wants those three channels from one vendor.

GrowCare

GrowCare says it works only with private-duty home care: private pay, non-medical, and Medicaid waiver. The pricing section lists Starter at $1,400 a month (social posts, Google Business Profile, a small site), Growth at $2,000 (recruiting, reviews, local SEO, Google and Meta campaigns), and Elite at $3,500 (more content and multi-location work). No long-term contract, it says. It does not say whether ad spend is inside those fees. Ask. Fits a smaller private-duty owner who wants one bill for recruiting and local marketing, not a Medicare liaison.

Patients Pipeline

Patients Pipeline says it is built only for non-medical home care agencies. The page says it does not sell leads. Paid acquisition is Meta and Google campaigns for that agency, in an exclusive territory. A full-time intake specialist is placed in the business. A third piece is reviews, warm referrals from your own clients, and reactivation. Their FAQ says families from those campaigns are not shared with other providers. No price. Their own "not a fit" list includes agencies that want cheap leads, that will not answer inquiries, or that are already full. Fits a private pay agency with open capacity and a willingness to change intake.

Fuel Online and Cardinal Digital Marketing

These two are broader digital agencies with a home care page, not home-care-only shops.

Fuel Online, founded in 1998, covers SEO, paid media, and content for assisted living, memory care, home care, and hospice. Cardinal Digital Marketing offers SEO, paid search, and Facebook ads for home care, including multi-location groups. Neither page posted a home care rate. Fits a larger operator who has asked who on the team has run a home care account.

Sōvyn and Ampicare

Sōvyn is a healthcare communications firm. The home health and senior care page lists public relations, brand and messaging, content, digital lead generation, websites, caregiver recruitment marketing, and referral-network communications. It also names home health, hospice, assisted living, and private duty. No price. Fits an organization that wants press and a communications program. It is not a seat that sends LinkedIn messages for you.

Ampicare describes content marketing and locally focused promotions for senior home care and assisted living. The site says founder Bob Thomson previously ran a senior home care agency in Westchester County, New York. Its site lists a Care Growth Accelerator plan at $1,295 a month and Elite and Multi plans at $1,995 a month, all cancel anytime. Fits an agency that wants content and distribution, not a referral-partner route.

Scale My Home Care Business (this is us)

We are not a search agency, an ads manager, or a web studio. Scale My Home Care Business is done-for-you LinkedIn outreach to referral partners: discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing social services, physician practices, senior living, hospice teams as a source, payer coordinators, and elder law and care managers. Messages go out from your agency's LinkedIn profile, after you approve the list and the copy. You answer the replies and do the visits.

The public price is $399 a month and a $3,999 setup. Month to month. The fee does not change with replies, admissions, or revenue. That is the point. A per-patient marketing fee is the wrong shape when Medicare or Medicaid pays, which is the subject of can you pay for referrals.

Khyon Church and I are partners in Reliable Aid, a licensed Delaware home care agency that grew on referrals. If the missing row is partner conversations, this is that row. If the missing row is a website or a Google Ads account, hire one of the firms above and keep the fee flat.

The partner types and the sequence are on how it works. If you want the list for your towns before you pick a vendor, book a free referral audit.

Common questions

What should I look for in a home care marketing agency?
The job, not the ranking. A website and search vendor, a paid-ads manager, a caregiver recruiting desk, and a referral outreach seat are different hires. Read the firm's own page for the scope, ask whether media spend is extra, and keep any Medicare or Medicaid fee flat and written in advance.
How much do home care marketing agencies charge?
Only some publish prices. In October 2026, Home Care Marketing Pros listed plans from $997 to $2,999 a month, GrowCare listed $1,400 to $3,500 a month, Sagapixel said most of its home care SEO programs run $950 to $4,000 a month, and Ampicare listed $1,295 and $1,995 plans. The others on this list did not post a rate. Those pages can change.
Do home care marketing agencies sell leads?
Some do, and some say they do not. A Place for Mom's home care page is a pay-per-lead program. Patients Pipeline's page says it does not sell shared leads and runs campaigns for one agency. Ask whether the family is sent to you alone, and whether you pay per name or per start of care.
Is Scale My Home Care Business a marketing agency?
We do one job: LinkedIn outreach to referral partners, sent from your agency's own profile, for a flat fee. The public price is $399 a month and a $3,999 setup, month to month. We are not a search, ads, or web design firm. Khyon Church and I are partners in Reliable Aid, a home care agency.
